Deidra Stephens

Our Founder/Executive Director, Deidra (Dee) Boles - Stephens - Marina Del Rey, CA

Dee was born in North Little Rock, AR, and moved to California in 1993. She is an innovative mother of four children. Presently, ranging in age from 40 to 28, and one grandson aged 19. She received formal education through many avenues, including Theological & Historical Studies at Oral Roberts University and a BS in Applied Psychology at Biola University. She has been a licensed and ordained minister for the last twenty-seven years and is an exemplary Bible Teacher.

She currently owns New Beginnings Consulting & Training, LLC - a business consulting company based in Beverly Hills, CA, which she began in 2008. Her career through New Beginnings has allowed her to conduct training seminars in 47 of the 50 US states as well as Canada.

Under Dee's leadership, Women of Excellence conducts conferences, seminars, plays, events, support groups, and community-based endeavors throughout the year.  She has spoken on various subjects through seminars, conferences, guest speaker engagements, weekly radio programs entitled, Excelling in the Word, and a quarterly newsletter that bears the same name. She has also led a Love & Relationships Discussion/Support Group.

She also founded Greer Christian Fellowship in Greer, SC, in 2005. She has been a Worship Leader, founder of a children's choir, founder of a women's acapella group named, To God Be the Glory, and a Praise & Worship group called, Embrace. She has been a counselor, and mentor, and taught Self-Esteem and Character-Building classes to at-risk youth and Financial Management Seminars and Leadership Training.

Dee authored her first book, God's Got a Man Just for You. She debuted her new book at the God's Got a Man Just for You, a women's event at the Los Angeles Convention Center in 2013. This work is her own inspiring and fantastic memoir that will cause you to laugh, cry, and ponder your own life. It will motivate and encourage you to move forward no matter what challenges you may face. Her story confirms that God has His unique plan and purpose for all.

Dee loves to travel, meet new people, hike, cycle, read good books, go to the beach, try new foods, and have intellectual conversations. She also loves to laugh, oh yeah, and let's not forget salsa dancing!

Dee is dynamic in her own right. You will be inspired, enthused, encouraged, and motivated as it is her passion to touch the lives of men and women across the world.
