Our 2023 WOE SHERO Awards are Honoring women in these categories:

Women Champions Against Injustice

Women who have impacted their community, family, place of worship, or workplace.

Women veterans who have impacted their community, family, place of worship, or workplace.

The WOE SHERO Awards® was created to identify women who have worked tirelessly, often breaking down barriers and overcoming obstacles that once seemed insurmountable, to serve their communities, family, workplaces, or places of worship. These pacesetters have engendered an environment where women can now serve in their desired capacity and fight for the issues they are passionate about.

It is through this Award that we honor these women and their accomplishments. We established this Award in 2020 as part of WOE’s Something to be Thankful For Celebration in order to honor the hard work and dedication of uncelebrated women from across the country. One day, we hope to grow to recognize one woman from each state that can be selected for this prestigious honor, the Women of Excellence SHERO Awards®

Simply nominate a woman who has impacted the lives of others in a meaningful, positive way. Honorees will be chosen by a  panel of WOE members. Honorees will receive formal recognition and an award.
